Indulge in the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee with our Iced Mocha, made using Escondido Specialty Coffee's Colombia La Brisa. This refreshing drink is perfect for cooling down while savoring rich flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz) brewed Colombia La Brisa coffee
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) milk (whole, almond, or oat)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Chocolate syrup (optional, for garnish

 

Instructions

Brew the coffee
Prepare 1 cup of Colombia La Brisa coffee using your preferred brewing method. Allow it to cool slightly.

Mix the chocolate base
In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder and sugar with a splash of warm milk until it forms a smooth paste.

Combine
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the brewed coffee, remaining milk, and chocolate paste over the ice. Stir well to combine.

Garnish and serve
Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your Iced Mocha!
